After Twitter delete the Fleets function From the social network, TikTok shows that little is created and much is copied in the apps market. Constant victim Instagram, ByteDance's platform, has decided to launch its own Stories feature.
This way, content creators will have an additional format option when publishing videos. However, TikTok Stories will allow followers to publicly comment on these posts. As for the rest, the features and interface are similar to what already exists on other platforms: metrics area, who viewed the publication, buttons for texts, stickers, and other embellishments to personalize videos and photos.

Just like Instagram, TikTok Stories will only keep videos of this format live for 24 hours. Users will be able to find a hub with temporary stories in a new sidebar that will be hidden and will need to be dragged out. It will concentrate all the ephemeral publications of the content creators you are following.
The feature, however, has not yet been officially released. It was discovered through reverse engineering work by an analyst. TikTok Stories is currently being tested in markets outside the United States, and given how well it has worked so far, it appears to be at a mature stage of development.
It is worth remembering, another feature being tested on TikTok It's Shoutouts. It will allow content creators to sell personalized recordings to users. It will be another way for users to spend platform coins. Currently, it is possible to gift influencers during live broadcasts with stickers, through the use of stickers. The Stories function will also make it possible for a user to keep their audience engaged even if they are away from producing more complex content.
