A OLHAR DIGITAL NETWORKS EIRELLI EPP, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 14.255.448/0001-60, with headquarters at Avenida das Nações Unidas, 13.797, Block 3, 18th floor, Room 02, São Paulo-SP, CEP 04.794-000 (OLHAR DIGITAL), establishes, below, the Privacy Policy of its SITE “Vida Celular”, as well as others described below, in order to clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of its Users.

Assumptions

In accordance with what it understands to be the Principle of Legitimate Expectation of the user, OLHAR DIGITAL clarifies that, in addition to its journalistic activity, it also sells products and services, both its own and those of third parties, and sells advertising space on its pages. Therefore, it is in OLHAR DIGITAL's legitimate interest that all processing of personal data (collection, storage, enrichment, transmission, processing, etc.) has as its ultimate objective the increase in the number of sales, not only in itself, but also due to the increase that such increase produces in the Brazilian economy as a whole.

For this purpose, the following data are collected: name, telephone number and email address. It is possible, through the Promotion or Campaign profile, that other personal data may be collected, such as social networks, for example. In all cases, the personal data collected will be used for your identification, authentication and communication related to the prize.

Of the processing agents and the sharing of personal data
