A Apple has just launched an external battery that uses the MagSafe system to attach to the iPhone and recharge it or provide an extra charge while the user is away from home. The product had already appeared in a leakage previous, but it arrived on the market without any fanfare. Apparently, it will be restricted to the iPhone 12 line models.

The product is already available for pre-sale abroad, despite having already been announced on official store da Apple Brazil costing a hefty R$1.199. Abroad, external batteries cost much less, US$99. MagSafe batteries purchased now should only arrive at the end of July and one of the reasons for this delay in release is because the battery requires iOS 14.7 to connect to the iPhone. This new version of the operating system has not yet been released, only on beta version, but must arrive before the product is out for delivery.

Take the battery wherever you want
Before using your new external battery, it is important to fully charge it. To do this, it has a Lightning to USB cable input that can be connected to a 20W or higher charger. While charging, the battery will emit a red light indicating its status, which should change to green when charging is complete.
