Oppo is close to announcing The Reno 6 5G and some renders show that the line will undergo a significant design change compared to the previous generation. The new smartphone should arrive with completely straight sides, similar to what the Apple did on iPhone 12.

The Reno 6 5G will not arrive alone, images of the Reno 6 Pro and Reno 6 Pro + (all 5G) have also been revealed. But these, for some reason, have curved sides, in a more traditional format. If the shape of the edges is different on the Oppo Reno 6 5G, the look of the camera module has remained almost the same. identical to generation 5, maintaining the line with some similarity. On the front there is a small notch for the front camera and small bezels, being slightly larger at the bottom of the device. The Reno 6 5G's screen should be Full HD + with 6,55 inches.
The smartphone may be made available in two storage configurations of 8 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage and 12 GB RAM with 256 GB. Another expected configuration is support for 65W fast charging and 4500 mAh charging capacity.
The Oppo Reno 6 would hit the shelves with the recently launched Dimensity 900, from MediaTek, while the Reno 6 Pro would be equipped with the Dimensity 1200, also from MediaTek. The only one that would use a Qualcomm chipset would be the Pro+, which would feature the Snapdragon 870 or the Snapdragon 888.
All models will be presented at Oppo's reveal event at next May 27th. Digital Chat Station reports that the standard Reno 6 5G is expected to be priced at 2.500 Yuan (R$2.050, in direct conversion).
