All about the best cell phones

With a design reminiscent of the AirPods Pro (but very different colors), the headset Living TWS 2 will hit the Chinese market on May 20. This is the third headset of its kind launched by the manufacturer, which already had the TWS 1 in 2019 and the TWS Neo in June 2020.

The Vivo TWS 2 looks very similar to the first version, with the main difference being that these new ones are in-ear and have slightly smaller stems (just like the Pro was in relation to the first version of the AirPods). The striking colors in a black and blue gradient may seem new, but it is the same palette adopted in its predecessors. See below I live TWS Neo to compare.

New features of Vivo TWS 2 headphones

In terms of features, the new model is Vivo's first to come with active noise cancellation, which places the headset in a more advanced segment. Everything indicates that the TWS 2 should compete in the Chinese market with the Flip Buds Pro, from Xiaomi, also recently announced.

The Vivo TWS 2 is also expected to feature some level of IP certification, although the exact level of protection has not been detailed. In addition, the model will come with Qualcomm's aptX adaptive codec and support for one-touch pairing and other gestures. As for the price, a leaked poster suggests that the headset will cost 799 Yuan (something in the range of R$670).

There is still relatively little information about Vivo's new headset, but the look and some of the features make it look very similar to Xiaomi's FlipBuds Pro, which are also inspired by the AirPods Pro and have an in-ear design with smaller stems. While Vivo's model will arrive at the end of the month, Xiaomi's has already been released this Thursday (13).
