Samsung still has not officially revealed the Galaxy Book Go, but some details about the new ARM-based laptop from the brand were discovered in a post on the German website WinFuture, which also showed some renderings of the product. The leak comes exactly one day after the new Galaxy Book Pro (with 4G), Galaxy Book Pro 360 (with 5G and S Pen), Galaxy Book and Galaxy Book Odyssey.

The main highlight of the device is the Snapdragon 7c processor with a 64-bit octa-core CPU clocked at 2,5 GHz, which allows 4G connectivity. Other than that, there are 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, in addition to the microSD card slot. The screen is a 14-inch Full HD IPS LCD.
In terms of construction, the model follows the standard adopted in the line of being extremely thin and light. But here, this is even more evident, the device weighs only 1,39 kg and is 14,9 mm thick. The recently launched Galaxy Book 4G LTE, for example, is 15,7 mm thick.

More details about the Galaxy Book Go
In terms of webcam, the Galaxy Book Go has a 720p resolution camera. The model should also have a backlit keyboard, trackpad and fingerprint reader.
The notebook is also dustproof. This is only possible because it uses an ARM processor, which does not require an air vent. It comes with the ARM version of Windows 10 Home.
In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Book Go features LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, one USB Type-A port, two USB Type-C ports, Miracast, and a 3,5mm headphone jack. To support this, a 42,3Wh battery and 25W charging.
The expectation was that the notebook would be revealed at the event with the Galaxy Book Pro (featured image) and Galaxy Book Pro 360 (with 5G), at yesterday's event (28/04). However, it ended up being left out, perhaps so as not to divert attention from its more powerful (and expensive) siblings. In any case, the device should be announced soon.
