Samsung says it will announce a big new feature on Wednesday, April 28, at its Unpacked event. Expectations in the remaining two weeks are for the discovery of what the “most powerful Galaxy” will be, as revealed in the official teaser. Leakers have even briefly suggested that the device could be the From Fold 3, new generation of foldable, but the estimated arrival time his to the market is for July.

Without the flexible, what would Samsung have in store? It's no secret that the South Korean company is also working on in new processors from the Exynos line. On the other hand, announcing at a pompous event, to the general public, is hardly something common for a processor, even if it arrives to compete with, or surpass, Qualcomm's popular Snapdragon 888.

So there are few options left for the Galaxy Unpacked on the 28th, right? The leakers' reports are pointing to news in a segment that has been stagnant for some time at the South Korean manufacturer: notebooks. The last time Samsung did something new in this segment was in 2019 and, even then, the Galaxy Book models didn't even arrived in stores from the United States until May of last year.

Renew the segment with a more powerful Galaxy, and advertise the product at the Unpacked event on the 28th, it could give Samsung notebooks the breathing room to fight with the new generation iPad. To do this, however, it is necessary to introduce more modern processors into them, such as the new 11th Generation Intel Tiger Lake chips – or even the latest variants of Intel's 35W H-series. In this way, they could undoubtedly fit into the announced profile of "most powerful Galaxy".
