Still unhappy with the ban from mainstream app stores, Parler, the social network favored by conservatives and Trump supporters, has filed a new lawsuit against Amazon Web Services (AWS). In the previous lawsuit, Parler claimed that Amazon colluded with Twitter and Facebook to remove a competitor from the market, a violation of U.S. antitrust laws. The U.S. court denied the request from Parler to have his Amazon account reactivated.

No new process, Parler claims Amazon defamed and devalued the platform by removing it from AWS over allegations it allowed incitement of violence after the election US presidential election. According to court documents, Parler was valued as a platform worth $1 billion before the ban, and that Amazon used “deceptive and unfair business practices” to devalue the social network in search of funding.

Parler has been banned from Amazon's app stores and Apple after the January 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol, which was partly organized through the platform and left five people dead. Many of the participants posted videos of themselves during the storming on various social media platforms, which were promptly removed. But in the first lawsuit, Amazon presented more than 100 cases of violent content that he reported to Parler for moderation, even before the attack on the 6th, and the platform failed to remove the content.

After being kicked off its hosting platform and major app stores, Parler returned to the air two weeks ago, but with old posts deleted and through a Russian service known as involvement with neo-Nazi websites.

Parler is currently controlled by its largest investor, Rebekah Mercer, whose family is a famous defender of conservative causes in the US and former president trump.
