Just like expected, Samsung today confirmed the launch of the Galaxy S20 FE in Brazil, with two versions starting at R$4.500. In addition, the Galaxy S20 FE page curiously revealed an interesting possibility, the existence of the Galaxy Note 20 FE.

This smartphone had not been mentioned by Samsung until now, and at least for now, there is no other confirmation that it will actually be launched. In any case, the leak indicates that this possibility does exist.

120Hz screen and triple camera

Returning to the Galaxy S20 FE, although its launch in Brazil is good news, its high price was a bit of a scare. The smartphone's biggest highlight is perhaps its 6,5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display, which has a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 32-megapixel front camera in a circular cutout.

The main camera is triple, with an ultra-wide and a wide-angle, both 12 megapixels, and an 8 megapixel telephoto lens. It has a 30x optical zoom and a 30x digital zoom.

The Galaxy S20 FE arrives in Brazil equipped with the Exynos 990 processor, the same as the Galaxy S20 line, and features 4G LTE and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It has up to 8 GB of RAM, compared to the 12 GB of the Galaxy S20. The Chinese version of the Galaxy S20 FE it was launched a few weeks ago, but with a Snapdragon 865 processor and 5G connectivity.

The Galaxy S20 FE has a 4500 mAh battery, which can be charged at a speed of 25 watts. Thus, 30 minutes of charging are enough to charge up to 50%. In addition, the smartphone is also water and dust resistant, with IP68 certification.

The finish is matte plastic, with several color options. The smartphone comes in navy blue, white, green, lilac/pink, orange and red, in other words, shades for all tastes.

The Galaxy S20 FE arrives in Brazil with two configuration options, with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of capacity for R$4.500, or with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for R$5.000.
