Qualcomm yesterday launched its two new mobile connectivity chips, the FastConnect 6900 and FastConnect 6700. Both feature Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, and use the 6 GHz frequency, released by the FCC last month. They feature 4K QAM modulation technology that increases the quadrature amplitude modulation rate from 1K to 4K across all available frequencies. Future smartphones equipped with the new chips will have low latency and higher-capacity Wi-Fi, with more stable connections. Networking Pro line also has new features

Additionally, Qualcomm has launched new router chips in the Networking Pro line with support for Wi-Fi 6E. The Networking Pro 1610 supports speeds of up to 10,8 Gbps, the 1210 up to 8,4 Gbps, the 810 up to 6,6 Gbps and the 610 up to 5,4 Gbps. All can operate on the 2,4GHz, 5GHz and 5GHz frequencies simultaneously.
