Tecno Mobile announced another smartphone for the Spark 7 line this Wednesday (28/04): this is the Pro version, which will hit the market with a new processor and two different versions for the user. Both will be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset (also used in the Pova, released in December), which will be accompanied by 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage.
The Tecno Spark 7 Pro has a 6,6-inch, HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a hole in the upper right corner to house the selfie camera, the specifications of which have not yet been released by the manufacturer, but should be the same as the newly released Camon 17, and offer 16 megapixels.
On the back, the interesting thing is that although the rectangular case offers space for four cameras, only three of the lenses are functional: the main one, with 48 megapixels, and two other sensors, one for depth and one for artificial intelligence. The set is much inferior to that mounted on the Tecno Camon 17, which was presented this week by the manufacturer.
More features and colors
The Tecno Spark 7 Pro is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, which is satisfactory for an entry-level smartphone, but there is no confirmation about the existence of support for fast charging. It will be offered in four different colors to users (blue, green, neon and black), but for now, there is no set price (which must be accessible) for both available versions or the exact date it will be made available.
The newest Tecno Mobile basics will also offer a 3,5mm headphone jack, support for dual SIM and an integrated FM radio. The smartphone, which should be restricted to the markets of Africa and Asia, will leave the factory running the Android 11 operating system, which will work with the brand's own interface, HiOS 7.5.
