After Early release of the new Crash Bandicoot for iOS, another console game will be released for mobile later this year. Since 2015, the game Rocket League from developer Psyonix has been very popular on consoles and has had a large number of users for a long time. Now, the game's official website has announced the arrival of the new Rocket League Sideswipe in 2021.
Second the official announcement, the mobile game will be available for free on both Android and iOS. The developer also claims that Rocket League Sideswipe will bring a new perspective to smartphones. Players will be able to compete in 1-minute matches (1v2 or 2v2).

Rocket League Sideswipe has a side-facing camera format, quite different from the console game, in which the gameplay featured a more dynamic third-person camera. Despite this new style, some functions remain the same, such as the ability to customize cars. In addition, the game will offer competitive and ranked matches.
Tests in Oceania
In today's statement (24/03), the developer revealed information about limited testing for Android users in two Oceania countries: “Starting today, players in Australia and New Zealand will be able to participate in a limited-time Regional Alpha test on Android via the Google Play Store. We will have more information about future betas in additional regions in the coming months.”
It is worth remembering that the first version of Rocket League is available for the following platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, macOS, Mac OS, Microsoft Windows and Linux.
