A few weeks ago, a mysterious smartphone Red Magic has been registered in China. Now, it has been revealed that this model is actually the Red Magic 6R. In another listing, this time from the Chinese agency 3C, the NX666J model appears with 55W fast charging, little smaller than the 66W of the Red Magic 6 and much less than the absurd 120W of the Red Magic 6 Pro.
In addition to the name and battery, some information that was already speculated about the Red Magic 6R has been confirmed. The model will indeed arrive with a 4,100 mAh battery, which should reach full charge easily with the fast charging system.

Inside, the Snapdragon 888 with 5G support should ensure the device's high performance. In terms of memory, the Red Magic 6R comes with options of 6, 8 and 12GB of RAM in addition to 128, 266 and 512 GB of internal storage.
Camera configurations have not been revealed, but the images suggest at least four rear cameras and one front camera. Judging by the other models in the Red Magic 6 line, one of these sensors should be 64 MP. In the records, the new phone appears to weigh 186g and is 163,04 mm tall, 75,34 mm wide and 8,20 mm thick.
Remembering that this year, in March, ZTE already launched the Red Magic 6 (and its Pro version), along with the Red Magic Watch smartwatch. Remembering that the models in the line are aimed at games and with the 6R it should be no different.
The company also confirmed that would launch three new smartphones with Snapdragon 888. One of them is the standard version of the Red Magic 6, the other the ZTE Axon 30, so the 6R is expected to be third on that list.
