There's no denying that this week has been busy for those eagerly awaiting the launch of the line. Samsung Galaxy S21, scheduled for January 14th next year. To close it with a flourish, the European prices of all models in the S21 series have just been leaked, including the Galaxy S21+ and S21Ultra.
Galaxy line becoming cheaper?
The person responsible for the leak is leaker Ishan Agarwal, who released the information along with an unpublished render of Samsung models by Twitter. In the same tweet, the leaker states that prices may vary depending on the taxes in each country. In any case, they clearly serve as a basis for the actual price they will have after their launch.
According to the leak, the price of Galaxy S21, the flagship model in the line, with 128 GB of storage, will cost 849 euros. This is equivalent to around R$5300 reais (without taxes) and represents a drop in price compared to the price of the previous model, the Galaxy S20, on its European release.
O Galaxy S21+, the mid-range model of the S21, will come with two storage options. The 128 GB version will be priced at €1049, equivalent to R$6550. Just like the Galaxy S21, the price of the S21+ version has also become cheaper in Europe when compared to the same version of the previous line. Interestingly, the S21+ with 256 GB, according to the leak, will cost exactly the same price as the S20+ at its launch in Europe: €1099 or R$6850, in direct conversion.
The most powerful of the Galaxy S21, in turn, the Galaxy s21 ultra, will have a price that matches its name, at 1399 euros. That is, approximately 8720 reais. Unlike previous prices, this one does represent an increase for the European standard, which is strange for a smartphone that doesn't surprise many people. specifications we have so far.
We just have to wait for the official launch.
It is still too early to bet all the chips on these prices. In addition to being European prices, and not being able to directly convert them to predict what prices will be in Brazil, they come from a leak, meaning they are based on information that is difficult to confirm.
The good news, on the other hand, is that the leaker responsible for this leak usually gets his announcements right. If the rumors are true and the Galaxy S21 line really is going to be launched on January 14, we won't have to wait long for all the recent information, including this one, to be confirmed or dismissed.
