Microsoft is testing a feature to delete Android photos on PC
Microsoft has released the Insider program for some users. Windows tests, a new update to the Your Phone app that lets you delete photos from Android devices using your PC. The feature is expected to be released soon for all users of the platform.
Your Phone is a feature that allows connect Android and iOS devices to Windows. There is currently a version available in the Microsoft store that allows for interesting features such as screen mirroring, access to applications, making calls, controlling messages and much more.
According to those who tested the new version of the app, the feature for deleting photos on PC works well and should soon be available to the entire community. To connect your cell phone to Windows you need to perform the download the application on your computer and download the app add-on on Play Store. The devices also need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
After installation, your Microsoft device will ask you to authorize access from your phone and that's it. The app also mirrors your Android device's screen on your PC, allowing you to remotely access other apps, run games, and more.

It is worth remembering that Windows does not download applications or even install a version of Android on your computer, the applications are mirrored to the PC through your Wi-Fi connection, requiring your smartphone to remain connected while accessing the files.
