JetBot 90 AI+, Samsung's robot vacuum cleaner with LiDAR scanner
Samsung today introduced the JetBot 90 AI+, a robot vacuum cleaner that features 3D sensors and a LiDAR scanner to avoid objects in its path. In addition, the JetBot 90 AI+ has a camera and can be used with the SmartThings app as a security tool, monitoring your home.
According to Samsung, the new vacuum cleaner uses obstacle recognition technology to identify and classify the objects it encounters in its path. This allows it to determine the best route to clean.

In the presentation video, Samsung shows how the JetBot 90 AI+ can be useful in a household with cats and dogs, not only for cleaning up messes but also for entertaining our pets by playing music for them. Click below to see the Jet Bot 90 AI+ in action.

In addition to this very useful robot vacuum cleaner with LiDAR scanner, the South Korean company presented other new robots at this CES, the Bot Care and Bot Handy concepts. The company also showed a greater integration of your devices with the SmartThings app, which the JetBot 90 AI+ itself also benefits from. Unlike the other robots presented, this is a real product, which will be launched in the United States in the first half of 2021. But we don't know exactly when or for how much, since the exact launch date and price have not yet been announced by Samsung.
