Google is really working in a new generation of TWS Pixel Buds headphones, and the missing “proof” was given by the company itself, in a mass email sent to alert its users about Google Nest updates, which contained images of the accessory. The people at 9to5Google had access to the message sent and revealed another new feature in the remodeled headphones: the green color.
In the emailed announcement, a small photo of the new Pixel Buds shows that, visually, except for the dark green color, both on the device itself and on the inside of the charging case, the headphones are quite similar to the previous generation, including the dimensions – 27 x 20 x 15 mm. This information had already been leaked in a United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) registration.

In addition to the aforementioned new color, seen in the images, the new Pixel Buds should present an improvement in relation to the current model sold under the Google seal. The main improvement should be in relation to the connection, since, in 2020, many users complained that the devices suffered from audio cuts and lack of synchronization.

Another problem of the google headphones is the price. Nowadays, it can be found in Brazil on websites like Mercado Livre, for R$1.899. The new generation of Pixel Buds is unlikely to solve this issue, although the images leaked by accident have not given any hint as to how much the new product will cost. Google's idea to reach a wider audience is to launch another model of TWS headphones, with similar quality, but cheaper.
