How to scan documents
- Open the Notes app
- Create a note or select a previously saved one
- Tap the camera button Tap the button with a camera symbol
- The camera will open and an icon with a leaf design will appear in the corner of the screen. This is the scanning symbol.
- Point the camera at the document
- Click the shutter button, the same one used to take photos, and start scanning. Remember that if your camera is set to automatic shutter, scanning will start as soon as you click the scanner icon.
- Once the scan is complete, you'll have the option to save or scan a new document to your iPhone, which is useful if the file has multiple pages.

How to sign documents
- In the same notes app, you can still sign documents, you can write your signature and adjust the size or add one.
- Open the Notes app and tap the note document
- Tap the share button share button, a square with an arrow, and tap Markup, a pen tip with a circle around it
- Tap the Add button Add button and tap Signature and add a saved signature or create one. You can then adjust the size of the signature box and place it wherever you want in the document.
