O Zenfone 8 should officially arrive in Brazil and Asus will have some tax benefits to assemble or manufacture the smartphone on national soil. The device is registered in Computer Law, which aims to stimulate competitiveness among technology companies.
The new Asus model was launched in half of May in Europe and is considered a compact, high-performance cell phone. In other words, for those who want high performance, but in a device that fits in your pocket (literally) more easily.

Considering the manufacturer's strong presence in Brazil, it was expected that the device would arrive here, but now we know that it may have a more competitive price. In the list of devices benefiting from the Computer Law, the Zenfone 8 appears with its code, ZS590KS, which refers to the model with 256 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM.

Asus claims that despite being compact, the Zenfone 8 will deliver fast performance, with a Snapdragon 888 5G processor and a 4000 mAh battery.
Regarding the camera, the smartphone has a 64-megapixel wide camera and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera on the back. The front camera is 12 megapixels and is located in a small hole in the upper left corner of the screen. The cameras have autofocus and a Pro Mode, which allows the user to adjust functions such as capturing light in darker environments.
The Asus Zenfone 8 was launched for €600 (around R$3.800 in direct conversion). The official price here has not yet been revealed.
