Vivo Global is still working on some updates to the X60 line, but is already preparing the X70 to hit the market. What it can happen in September this year, with a camera upgrade. Digital Chat Station, a tipster who shows up here from time to time, indicated what should be the main novelty of the future launch.

According to the leaker, the Vivo X70 camera will feature a 1/1,5” sensor, and will have the physical stabilization feature, currently present only in the most advanced model in the line on sale on the market, the X60t (the others use the classic OIS). The image stabilization would be on 5 axes, which would give the X70 camera a significant improvement over its entry-level model.

The series should also feature the model X70 Pro+. This model, like the simplest one, would have a renewed camera sensor, of 1 / 1,28", in addition to a better battery, of 4500 mAh, with fast charging of 66W. The battery of the entry-level X70, according to the current leaks, will be 4200 mAh, with less powerful fast charging, of 55W.

The physical camera stabilization feature was the main new feature, but not the only one revealed this Wednesday about the Vivo X70. According to Digital Chat Station, the future smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer will have a very interesting size and screen update, whatever the version.

The information indicates that the series will come with a 6,56-inch OLED screen, with a 120Hz refresh rate and a selfie camera located in the upper center. The processor that will be under the hood, however, remains no official confirmation. Vivo can choose either the Exynos 1080, present in the X60 in its local version, or the Snapdragon 870, present in the global variant.

There are also bets on the presence of a third chipset, the MediaTek Dimensity 1200, which currently equips the X60t. We will have to wait a little longer to have more details about the future launch of the namesake manufacturer of the mobile phone operator that operates in Brazil.
