The third generation of Apple's TWS headphones would be ready to hit the world, but this would happen in a way that would frustrate the expectations of some: Apple may make the AirPods 3 official through a press release, to be released in its virtual press room. As previous leaks have already sought to anticipate, we should have an AirPods 3 with the look of a Pro model, but without active cancellation of noise.

This, however, would not be new: the second generation of the headset and also the Pro model arrived in the world like this, being mentioned later in the company's major events. In any case, he says that the press release about the service Apple Music HiFi and the arrival of AirPods 3 will be shipped on 18/05. There are indeed many signs that the simplest AirPods, for the first time since 2019, will receive a new generation. But nothing stops Tim Cook from holding off on making it official for longer, as you did with AirTags.
