A Apple didn't say anything, but that doesn't stop everyone from speculating, with or without information, what will the next iPhone look like. Among the possibilities of innovations that should appear in the product, one has been expected for some time: the end of the notch, which was launched by Apple, but it has long been abandoned by Android phones. Trying to imagine what the iPhone would be like without the notch, designer Antonio De Rosa came up with an unconventional (and, let's face it, debatable) concept for this solution.
On his YouTube channel, the designer published a video demonstrating a 3D model of the product. In his vision, the iPhone 13 could be asymmetrical. The corner where the rear camera module is located would be protruded, creating space in the front of the device to store the selfie camera and, with that, the new iPhone without a notch could have a completely free screen.
The project may never become real, as it is not in line with the aesthetics of Apple something asymmetrical or that deviates greatly from its standard. However, it is still a unique alternative for imagining the future of cameras, screens and cell phone formats.
Other speculations
Apparently, cameras will really be one of the topics that will be highlighted in the iPhone 13. Some previously leaked images indicate that the rear module should have three lenses, all of them great and coupled in a triangular shape. There is also a rendering of the Mini model that indicates a module with two diagonal cameras.
Additionally, another recent leak suggested that the iPhone 13 is expected to be thicker than its predecessor. This is without taking into account the camera module, which could add even more millimeters to the thickness of the device. The leak, however, does not indicate the reason for this extra thickness (especially at a time when the trend is the opposite).
