Procon-SP announced on Tuesday (04/05) the launch of a new digital system in partnership with Prodesp, aiming to allow all consumer protection services to be done through the website or app. In phone or on the computer, users will be able to carry out processes such as filing complaints, monitoring and issuing infraction reports completely remotely. The new platform also allows conciliation hearings to take place via the Microsoft Teams videoconferencing tool.

To make this implementation possible, Prodesp, which is a technology company State of São Paulo, used two Microsoft business platforms, the Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform. One of the objectives of the new digital service system is to make Procon-SP less bureaucratic, closer to consumer needs and capable of guaranteeing responses to demands.
