All about the best cell phones

The Lenovo Legion 2, new generation of gaming smartphone of the brand, is coming and, before the official presentation, scheduled for next Thursday (08/04), new images leaked on Weibo, indicating design details and some specifications of the flagship. The one that caught the most attention, although it is not a novelty, was the absence of the selfie camera in a notch on the screen.

The manufacturer opted for a design which had already been tested previously, and placed the lens, which will be 44 megapixels, on the side of the smartphone. As with its predecessor, it will work through a pop-up mechanism, being activated only when necessary. The resolution of the photos, however, is a big improvement over the previous generation of the Lenovo Legion, which was equipped with a 20 megapixel selfie camera.

On the back, the optical array will consist of just two cameras, the main one being the 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64A, and another sensor, the specifications of which have not been leaked so far. The images leaked on Weibo showed that they will be positioned in the central part of the Lenovo Legion 2, along with an LED flash and the Dual Twin-Turbo Cooling System, cooling system for the gamer smartphone.

Cutting-edge processor

Like every good gaming smartphone on the market, the Lenovo Legion 2 will have a (or THE) cutting-edge processor. The chosen one was the Snapdragon 888, from Qualcomm, which will be accompanied by up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of maximum internal storage. The battery will be 5500 mAh, with 90W fast charging, which can take your smartphone from 0 to 100% in less than 30 minutes.

The flagship's screen is also in line with what a gamer would expect from a cell phone. According to leakers, it will be 6,92 inches, manufactured by Samsung, and will support a 144Hz refresh rate and a 720Hz touch sampling rate. The fast response time would be 3,8 milliseconds, that is, extremely agile for whoever is in control of the game. It is important to say that the screen will be AMOLED, with Full HD+ resolution, which will also will give a boost when watching videos, which can be recorded in 8K (30 frames per second) or 4K (120 frames per second) resolution.
