A text production, tables and presentations can be easier for those who work on tablets or cell phones Apple. The latest update to MS Office brings new features to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. These include mouse support on the iPad and the ability to view documents on multiple screens.

The update made life easier for those who uses the iPad for study and work and now allows the user to use the application connected to any accessory that supports iOS. This includes the aforementioned mice (regardless of whether they are from Apple or not), trackpads and the Magic Keyboard.

For devices equipped with Mac keys, MS Office will execute the same commands on iOS as the MacOS versions. In addition, Excel has received improvements such as the ability to work with multiple tables. The feature allows you to open multiple documents at the same time, or even create files in tabs. The features will be available for devices with the version iOS 13 or higher.

PowerPoint presentations are also optimized with the feature Presenter Coach, a virtual assistant that analyzes user creations through Artificial Intelligence and provides tips for improving them, such as including phrases, images and links in the file.

The new version brings MS Office for iOS closer to the versions for Android, MacOS and Windows. Some of these features were already available on other platforms since the middle of last year. According to Microsoft, the new version of MS Office can now be updated on the App Store.
