O Apple Fitness+ was announced at the same event the company held to talk about its new SmartWatch in September. At the time, only a brief presentation was made. And nothing had been said about the exact date for the launch of the physical activity service, it was only said that it would be for the end of the year. In a post on the company's own blog Apple published yesterday, it was revealed that the product is set to launch on December 14th.

The service will feature a list of 10 types of exercises to be practiced indoors or outdoors. These include: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, rowing, treadmill, dance and others, which will be guided by a team of instructors. In addition, it will be integrated with the Apple Watch, which will offer activity metrics, and also with the company's music platform. The idea is that the music of the day's top chart artist will accompany the workout and motivate people.

To access the Apple Fitness+ you will need to open the iPhone's workout app, which has already been updated. Other Apple devices, such as the iPad and Apple TV, will also receive a distribution of the app from the launch date. The service should also be integrated with Premier plan Apple One, a subscription that brings together the company's main services at a more affordable price. For now, Brazil only has the most affordable packages. If the user prefers to pay separately, there are two plans: an individual one and a family one.
