Developed to be the brand's new mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy F62 is already being produced at the factory located in the city of Greater Noida (that's its actual name), in India. It could hit the local market in the first three months of 2021, according to information released this Tuesday by international media.

Although there is still no set date for its release, the expectation is that it will be made official in early January. Sales of the New model Samsung Galaxy, in principle, would be exclusive to the local market, and would be made through the retailer's website Flipkart, an online store that usually has exclusivity on some launches made in the Asian country.

Galaxy F62 Specifications

Leaked information suggests that the Galaxy F62 will become the thinnest smartphone in Samsung's entire lineup. Surpassing the still-in-development Galaxy z fold 3, foldable designed to be the lightest and narrowest in its category.

Registered under the number SM-E625F, the Galaxy F62 had some of its specifications leaked by Geekbench recently, such as the RAM, processor and operating system that will equip the Samsung model that is being produced at the Greater Noida factory in India.

Samsung's idea is to launch the F62 with the Exynos 9825 SoC processor, 6 GB of RAM and Android 11 operating system. The promised screen is AMOLED, with multiple camera sensors and the ability to quickly recharge the battery. It should have a long battery life, possibly 5000 mAh, but the specifications have not yet been leaked by anyone.

Details such as price, colors and more in-depth design details have also not been leaked, at least for now. They should certainly appear on the internet as soon as 2021 arrives. We'll just have to wait and see.
