Kratos, the anti-hero from the God of War franchise, will be a playable character in Fortnite. In other words, it will be a costume for your playable character to imagine himself as Kratos. His arrival is part of the launch campaign for Zero Point, the new season of the game that is also available for Android devices.

Epic Games' battle royale has undergone several changes in its most recent seasons, expanding the game's universe through the special participation of characters from other franchises, in the form of skins, such as Marvel heroes and the bounty hunter Mando, from Mandalorian.

According to the producer, although he is an exclusive character for Playstation games, Kratos will be available for all Fortnite platforms and can already be purchased on Android. However, those who play with the character on Playstation 5 will have some aesthetic benefits, which do not interfere with gameplay, such as unlocking exclusive armor. Even if the player activates it first on Sony's console, they will not have access to the exclusives on other platforms, such as PC and Android.

Armed to the teeth

Kratos comes with familiar items from the franchise, such as Mimir's head, the Leviathan axe and his guardian shield, which can be used as a hang glider.

However, God of War fans are having fun with one detail: since it is a skin, Kratos has the same permissions as other Fortnite characters, so Artemis' traditional blades have been replaced by the use of firearms such as pistols and machine guns. In addition, it is possible that the character will have access to motorized vehicles.
