All about the best cell phones

It’s not new for email clients to promise to “change the way” we view electronic messages, a form of communication that predates the Internet itself. But Big Mail, a new app of its kind for iOS, iPadOS and macOS, appears to be on track to fulfill that oath.

The app, which recently entered beta testing, has a redesigned interface to make it easier to identify the type of message received, dividing newsletters, messages from trusted senders, advertisements and e-commerce offers, among other correspondence, into specific parts called “Scenes”.

Detail: each category has an exclusive navigation interface.

The company’s description is relatively minimalist: The app “takes your current email address and, in just a few seconds, transforms it into something cleaner, calmer, and, dare we say, more fun. It works on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad.” That’s a shorthand way of putting it. Industry experts prefer to call Big Mail “a cross between Flipboard and the Finder in macOS Big Sur.”

While the app's charm lies in the "Scenes", it also has a more traditional viewing system, in case the new look doesn't suit you. The beta is already available and selecting candidates for testing, so you can sign up at the link below.
