Google Discover is built into Android devices. It is a content feed, where the user finds suggestions for news, videos and Stories, all mixed together, based on what their search history and content consumption seems to indicate. The Discover tab is located in a panel near the home screen on the left. It features a Google search bar at the top, some local weather information, and a list of news stories aligned with the user’s interests. It’s a way for the phone to try to bring you “everything that interests you” – that the AI ​​thinks interests you.

Google Discover getting a like is supposed to be a way for Google’s AI to understand whether a piece of content is popular or problematic in general, as well as whether it’s relevant to you.
