Xiaomi confirmed today that the launch of its new smartphone, the Redmi K30S, will be tomorrow, October 27, 2020. The company's vice president, Lu Weibing, used the Chinese social network Weibo to announce the news, and took advantage of the platform to promote the new device.
The Redmi K30S, despite being a new release, is actually identical to the Xiaomi Mi 10T, that is, it is just a new name for the same device. Even so, theExpectations for the launch of the Redmi K30S are high. It is promised to be the cheapest smartphone ever launched with the Snapdragon 865 – its price should be 2.500 Yuan (equivalent to R$2.100). The cheapest smartphone that has Qualcomm's powerful processor, until now, was the iQOO Neo3 (2.598 Yuan).

The Redmi K30S will feature a 6,67-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and a 5000 mAh battery with 33-watt fast charging support.
The front camera is 20 megapixels. The rear camera is triple, with the main camera standing out at 64 megapixels with Sony IMX682 sensor. Completing the set is a 13 megapixel ultra-wide and a 5 MP macro.
With Android 10 operating system, NFC, 5G and a storage of 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB, we are already looking forward to the launch of this new bet from the big Chinese company - although there is no forecast for the arrival of the device here in Brazil. And you, are you looking forward to the new Redmi K30S?
