iQOO, a brand of Vivo Global, announced today (21) a new smartphone. Of intermediate nature, the cell phone will be called iQOO U1x. In addition to announcing the new model, the company has already released its prices. The values ​​range from 899 to 1199 yuan or around 750 to 1000 reais, although the brand has not yet arrived in Brazil. The cheapest model will have 64 GB of storage, while the most expensive will have 128 GB, as well as 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM, respectively.

The iQOO U1x, as the name suggests, aims to be a simpler version of the iQOO U1. The main features of this new version are the 6,51-inch LCD screen and an 8-megapixel front camera. In addition, it will also have a triple rear camera system: two 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras and a 13-megapixel main camera.

The big highlight in the comparison between the iQOO U1x and the previous model, however, is the battery of 5.000 mAh. As if that wasn't already surprising in itself, this means a difference of 500 mAh in favor of the U1x compared to the U1. In addition, the battery will support fast charging of up to 18 Watts.

Finally, the device will feature an octa-core Snapdragon 662 processor, with up to 6 GB of RAM. For a mid-range smartphone, with a lower cost, the technical specifications seem very promising.
