Just like expected, Oukitel has launched its Oukitel WP7 smartphone, which is waterproof and dustproof with IP68 and IP69K protection, in addition to being ultra-resistant, with MIL-STD-810G military certification. According to the company, the smartphone withstands extreme temperatures such as -30° cold or 70° heat.
The 6,53-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels) and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. According to Oukitel, it occupies 90% of the front of the smartphone.
The front camera is 16 megapixels with F/2.0 aperture, and is located in a circular cutout, while the fingerprint reader is on the back of the device.
The main camera is triple, with a 48-megapixel main camera with F/1.79 aperture, plus an 8-megapixel infrared night vision sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
UVC sterilization module is one of the highlights
Another highlight of the smartphone is its accessories, such as the UVC sterilization module, which is very useful in times of pandemic. Another accessory is a very powerful flashlight, with a maximum brightness of 1100 lumens and four intensity settings. The two modules can be attached to the smartphone with magnets, and will be sold separately, of course.

The official price of the Oukitel WP7 is US$450, or about R$2276, but it is being sold in a launch promotion for US$299, or R$1512.
