iQOO Neo3

After some teasers, iQOO launched its iQOO Neo3 smartphone in China today, which has a very affordable price for its specifications, as it already was expected. This is the new top-of-the-line smartphone from iQOO, which is a Vivo Global company.

Inside, the Neo3 has a Snapdragon 865 processor, LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 flash memory, but the highlight is the screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The speakers are stereo and have a Hi-Fi processor.

Let's start with the 6,57-inch LCD screen, which has Full HD+ resolution (2220 x 1080 pixels), 20:9 aspect ratio and HDR 10, but the big highlight is its 144Hz refresh rate. The refresh rate can be adjusted automatically (or manually) between 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz and 144Hz, depending on what is being played at the time.

The 16-megapixel front camera with F/2.0 aperture is located in a circular cutout. Since the screen is LCD, the fingerprint sensor is located in the side button. The triple camera has a 48-megapixel main camera with F/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 112-degree angle (F/2.2) and a 2-megapixel macro camera (F/2.4).

4500 mAh battery with fast charging

The 4500 mAh battery has 44-watt fast charging. According to iQOO, the battery can be charged to 50% in just 20 minutes. In addition, it can be fully charged in less than an hour, or more precisely, 58 minutes. The Neo3 also features an 11-layer liquid cooling system, which reduces the processor temperature by up to 10 degrees.

Very affordable prices for what it delivers

The price of the Neo3 is one of its biggest attractions. The model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of capacity costs 2698 Yuan, or around R$2062. The Neo3 with 8 GB of RAM and the same 128 GB will cost 2998 Yuan, or R$2291, while the one with 256 GB will cost 3398 Yuan or R$2601.

The version with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of capacity will cost 3298 Yuan or R$2524. Finally we have a version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB, which is the most expensive of all, costing 3398 Yuan, or R$2620. Interestingly, it does not have a version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of capacity.
